Sequence 11 demonstrates just how efficient a defense can be. This is another "personal favorite" among the
knife defenses. In terms of efficiency, ease, and effectiveness, this ranks near the top of the list. Defender merely steps outside the line of the strike, stops the downward thrust by cupping opponent's
elbow, then in a lightning counter, drives his own elbow into one of two pressure points beneath attacker's arm. If done properly, attacker will be stunned and susceptible to additional control techniques,
