This sequence presents a control response initiated by a chicken neck block and then spinning counterclockwise underneath opponent's arm. Be sure to note the alternate outcomes to this maneuver. Figure #20e shows defender dislocating the assailant's elbow. The alternative is to ease the pressure and conclude with a behind the back arm lock. Watch out for the knife! The smart defender will minimize his risk of exposure by always going for the dislocation.
