Here we show how we
develop our self defense skills from the ground
up. To help you follow that evolution, we will
batch the concepts into groups of 6-10 so that you can
trace the evolution of concept for your self. Over
time, you will see for yourself that mastering the
basics opens the doors to deeper
understanding. As one matures, the
“geometry” and the “zones” simply fade from
consciousness, and movement becomes free flowing and
instinctive.
These are the basics
that almost folks overlook, or try to circumvent.
Remember ... there are no short cuts!
These clips are for
entertainment and general informational purposes
only. Actual self defense should be practiced in
a controlled environment emphasizing safety, and only
under the direct supervision of a Black Belt
instructor, and only after you have been cleared by
your personal physician.
